Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains timelines and methods for delivering physical materials (e.g., ID cards, uniforms, books) and digital services (e.g., fee receipts).

1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days after successful payment verification.

2) Shipping & Pickup

Materials may be shipped to the address provided or made available for pickup at the assigned branch as communicated by the branch admin.

3) Digital Deliverables

Digital receipts and confirmations are delivered instantly via email/SMS and are also available in the student portal.

4) Delays

In case of unavoidable delays (e.g., supply or logistics issues), we will notify you via your registered contact details.
